Payment Plans (Available to all customers):

• Payments are due on the 1st of every month
• 3-or 12-month plans with initial payment options available
• You are still responsible for monthly charges due on the 15 of every month
• An up-to-date phone number and email address is required for all accounts under payment plan

 Example 12-month payment plan:

• • January past due balance = $600.00
  • Initial payment is $100.00 = remaining balance $500.00
  • $500.00 / 12-month payment plan: $42.00 due February 1
  • January current charges $76.00 due February 15

 Example 3-month payment plan:

• • January past due balance = $600.00
  • Initial payment is $100.00 = remaining balance $500.00
  • $500.00 / 3-months = $167.00 due February 1
  • January current charges $76.00 due February 15

Water Shutoff / Disconnection:

• Applies to accounts 60 days delinquent
• Disconnection fee – $50.00
• 7-day notice is given prior to disconnection

Reconnections:

• No Reconnection on Saturday or Sunday
• Reconnections will be done during normal business hours:
  Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Payment in full is required
• See available payment plan options if unable to pay in full
• Only cash, money order, or credit card will be accepted
