We’re excited to share that our on-line payment portal is getting an upgrade that will be effective on your upcoming bill due on April 15.
This update includes better options for making your payments to Box Springs Mutual Water Company:
- More payment choices, including the convenience of ACH (e-check) payments, with GooglePay and ApplePay coming soon
- Reduction in credit card processing fees from 3.50% + $0.15 to 2.9% + $0.30
- Automatic/Recurring payments will be possible using ACH
We would like to reassure you that paying your bill online will remain safe and easy. You can continue to make one-time payments by clicking on the “Pay Your Bill Online” link on our homepage (boxspringsmutualwater.org).
Starting March 18, 2024 you will need to use the new portal’s URL: boxsprings.currentsoftware.app
NOTE: If you have the old website (bsmwc.epayub.com bookmarked), you’ll need to update the bookmark to the new site: boxsprings.currentsoftware.app
OR: If you’re currently enrolled in auto-pay (recurring payments) you’ll need to create your new profile and update your payment information at boxsprings.currentsoftware.app
Want to add a saved payment method? You can enroll in e-billing or set up auto-pay. Create your profile at boxsprings.currentsoftware.app. This lets you link your existing account(s) using your account number and last name. Customers enrolled in e-billing will continue to receive their bills electronically, with no need to make any changes.
