We are an extremely small company with limited office staff–which helps keep costs down.  This change in office hours allows for all other office work to be completed throughout the day without interruption.

The lockbox (tall, thin, blue box near the front gate) is available 24/7 and will be checked twice daily.

The front gate will be closed during off hours and open during payment hours only.

BSMWC staff can be reached by phone, (951) 653-6419, during normal business hours (8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday -Thursday and 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Fridays).  We are closed for normal business on all weekends.

The emergency line, (951) 653-3361, will be available for true emergencies after normal business hours.
